Return Policy

You can return it for a full refund or exchange it for the same product within 14 days from the moment you received(the shipping fees will paid by the customer). Alternatively we can issue you a store credit to place another order. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange. Product must be in new condition with original packaging. No torn, worn, damaged or pet hair in the item(s) and no return on food.

To return a product simply email us at petradiseatbuffalo@gmail.com to receive the return instructions. Send 2-3 pictures of the items with the reason within 14 days. Insert order number in the email subject.

Once the item is returned at our warehouse you will receive a refund notification. Please allow 2-7 working days for the transaction to appear on your account.
